Introduction

These terms and conditions apply to the Yapsu AI app for mobile devices, created by EveryPanda, Inc. as a Freemium service.

Agreement to Terms

By downloading or using the Application, you automatically agree to the following terms. We strongly advise that you read and understand these terms before using the Application. Unauthorized copying or modification of the Application, any part of it, or our trademarks is strictly prohibited.

License Grant

Subject to your compliance with these Terms, the Service Provider grants you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable license to download, install, and use the Application solely for your personal, non-commercial use.

Prohibited Conduct

You agree not to misuse the Application or assist anyone else in doing so. Prohibited conduct includes but is not limited to modifying, copying, reverse engineering, hacking, attempting to gain unauthorized access, or using the Application in violation of any applicable laws or third-party rights.

Modifications to Service

The Service Provider is committed to ensuring the Application is as beneficial and efficient as possible. As such, they reserve the right to modify the Application or charge for services at any time and for any reason.

Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, the Service Provider shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, including loss of data, profits, or use, arising out of or related to your use of the Application.

Data Protection

The Application stores and processes personal data you have provided in order to deliver the Service. It is your responsibility to maintain the security of your device and access to the Application.

Internet Connection

Some functions of the Application require an active internet connection via Wi-Fi or mobile network. The Service Provider cannot be held responsible if the Application does not function at full capacity due to lack of Wi-Fi access or exhausted data allowance.

Data Charges

If you use the Application outside of a Wi-Fi area, your mobile network provider's agreement terms still apply. You may incur charges from your provider for data usage during connection to the Application, including roaming charges.

Device Responsibility

It is your responsibility to ensure your device remains charged. If your device runs out of battery and you cannot access the Service, the Service Provider cannot be held responsible.

Accuracy of Information

While the Service Provider strives to keep the Application updated and accurate, they rely on third parties to provide certain information. The Service Provider accepts no liability for any loss resulting from relying on any functionality of the Application.

Updates and Termination

The Service Provider may update the Application at any point. Upon termination:

• The rights and licenses granted to you under these terms will end
• You must cease using the Application and delete it from your device if necessary

Changes to Terms

The Service Provider may periodically update these Terms and Conditions. You are advised to review this page regularly for changes.
